Well, for most of us to begin with, hurrying to the restroom is something ...

When you are craving peanut butter and nuts you are probably desperately in need of protein...and when this occurs you should immediately eat the heaviest ACCEPTABLE protein available...e.g. extra-lean ground sirloin, with your favorite condiments -- and as much as is necessary to satisfy your prote...

Yes, shrimp, lobster and extra-lean ham are okay from a weight loss standpoint...as proteins.

The reason I don't eat them is because of what The Bible says.

That's a great question, Wayne. In some respects I eat even healthier, e.g. I no longer desire as much red meat as I did, nor as often. I just feel better when I have eaten, for example, blackened fish with tartar sauce on the side. I must tell you that when I first started losing weight I loved red...

Yesterday I did dinner at lunch and Let's Do Lunch tm for dinner, eating out at Outback. After I got home, I just had to have something else to eat, and I didn't feel like popcorn or fruit, nor did I feel like cooking anything or preparing anything. So, I pulled out a couple slices of Wasa Light Rye...

Absolutely you can eat a couple cookies. However, you are much better off not eating them because they will cause terrible cravings for more of the same and more foods with refined sugars in them...which will eventually cause you to go back to the way you were previously eating. Refined sugar has no...

You can eat popcorn at any time of the day or night...in other words, whenever you feel like it. Remember, popcorn is a fruit, so have at it. I like to spray it with Pam Olive Oil Spray....mmmm good! That said, I want to caution all of you to please ask yourself if you are really hungry...before you...

You don't have to do without cheese. Let's Do Lunch tm tells you how to handle this craving...and I have another tip for you: Eat your salads with a small amount of bleu cheese crumbles, or gorgonzola crumbles, or other aged cheese crumbles on it. This gets you to regularly eat salads, and it satisf...

Your desire for food will still be there, but, as your stomach becomes smaller, you will simply not be able to eat as much as you did before...even though you are eating until you are full and only foods you enjoy.
