Your very welcome Vickiann, glad your family loved it....my husband also loved the chicken cooked this way, about the only way he will eat it now.

Re: What are the NAMES of YOUR 3 FAVORITE LDL RECIPES?
Deborah,
Just clarifying.....
You bake the chicken uncovered?
Was considering doing on the stovetop in a large skillet
Found a blackrasberry all-fruit by Smuckers
Plan to fix this recipe this week

Linda, I don't know about Deborah, but I bake the chicken uncovered.
I also do like the directions say and drain off the liquid after the chicken (and only the chicken) has baked 20 minutes and then I top it with the sauce mixture. Of course, next time I make it I will try it with only the jelly like Deborah does.
Deborah do you bother with that step of draining the liquid from the chicken?

Deborah,
What type of sides do you serve with the BB chicken. No used to eating chicken with a sweet sauce.
Thanks

Re: What are the NAMES of YOUR 3 FAVORITE LDL RECIPES?
From the book:
1) Taco Soup. Everyone in the house eats it. It's a family staple. We don't use chili beans. We haven't found "chili"
beans that don't contain wheat flour and other goop. Instead, we use 3 cans of beans: 1 black, 1 pinto, and 1
kidney.
2) Diane's Chicken Salad with Grapes.
3) Frozen grapes.
I found the recipes from this forum more to my liking than many of the recipes in the book. Sorry about that. One that is a real keeper is the salmon patties here made with crushed up corn thins. I'm not sure who came up with that one but it is a once a week recipe, in my house.
