Taco Soup, Butternut Squash Fries, and Cowboy Pot Roast

Choosing just three is hard.  Here goes:  Taco Soup, Unstuffed cabbage, Fruit smoothies.  I would have to say fruit smoothies of all kinds are my favorite sustainer--I feel like I'm cheating every time which is usually once a day.  THANKS FOR LDL and all the good recipes on the boards and in the book.     JF

There are many more but I think Unstuffed Cabbage, Chicken & Sweetcorn Chowder, Butter Bean Potato Cakes (not counting fruit smoothies).

:wrong: Dang It! I assumed smoothies were a given....one of my 3 must be changed to smoothies. They definitely sustain me for meals.

Sorry been lurking and MIA...gained a few pounds back so I am getting back to it.  I don't know WHY I go off since many of the recipes are so tasty.  My favorite three have to be"

Tamale pie, unstuffed cabbage & the apricot pork medallions.

Can't we change it to our top TEN!!!  I do have to say the Butternut Squash Soup of Little Mary's is almost a tie for third.

I wanted the Roasted Garlic Butternut Squash Soup  to be one of mine, but I tried to follow directions.  So since it is only mine and not a family favorite, I didn't include it.  It is soooo delicious.    JF

Little Mary's Pizza Soup, R.M.'s Made Rights, B.B.'s Chicken with Marmalade.........the last one is the only one I tweak changing the Polaner marmalade flavor to Polaner all fruit apricot flavor.  It's hard to choose 3 but I went by what I have made the most.

Little Mary!  It's good to "see" you again!  Love your southern drawl, lol.  I'll do my best not to get sidetracked like that again!!
I have missed you enough to consider visiting your area so I could really see you.  One day.....someday....

Thanks Joyful Friend!  You are the sweetest!......and totally LDL approved! :D

Getting back to topic, I apparently am missing out with the unstuffed cabbage.  Gonna have to look that one up.
If I could have gone on to my 4th favorite, the next recipe I make a lot is Danita's Salsa.........without the jalapenos.
