Vietnamese food, help

any suggestions?  I usually have Pho, beef broth with strips of beef and rice noodle. I know this is not an approved food, any suggestions?

How  about just there meat and vegetable dishes, our places here have diet menus which have no MSG and you can choose no rice or noodles. Also the soup is usually good I order the dumplings and take the meat out of them and have that with the broth.

I found a solution... I told them dinner out good, vietnamese will not work for me how about Mexican. I can have salad with black beans and chicken :)

You an also make faux noodles from a peeled zuchini cut in long noodle-like strips.

pepper slices and salsa

shredded lettuce topped with black beans, chicken, & salsa

it was yummy, I was full life is good :)
