Let's Do Lunch Community

It has been a while...  I haven't been on the boards in almost a year...BUT... Still doing LDL...it has become a true way of life...even when I thought about eating the old way...I always revert back to LDL...I just feel better when eating this way...it makes too much sense, and is too easy to turn away from.

I am still down 88 lbs... My Arthritis limits my activity, but it will be fixed one day, and I won't need my cane...

So glad to be back...I can access this from my Ipad, so I can be on it more often...
