Is there a recipe icon or link that I am not seeing? If so how do I get to it.

laurie..when you first click onto these boards,you see listed,the discussion board,success stories and you see recipes...you just click on there and you'll see all the recipes we use............if you scroll down further,you'll see where it says "the last 10 posts"...that's the easiest way of keeping track of new posts.........niki

I have a few that I printed out that I will use during the weekend. I think I should just JUMP in and get started before the book comes in.

Definitely just hold your nose and jump right on in, Laurie! The recipes here all follow the plan so you'll catch the drift very quickly about what you should and should not eat just from reading through all the various ingredients. There are some wonderful, thoughtful, and very inventive cooks here! nyK
