I was just noticing that the LDL Total Member ticker is fast approaching 1,000 members. What an achivement.

Roger, you should very happy/pleased to see how many people you've helped.

bear in mind that some of these people register and never post....never use the boards....
  it is a far greater number,the people that don't register for one reason or another,follow the program and are successful.....................niki
