Soy beans are highly GMO and for most women soy really interferes with thyroid function.
Because of what they have learned about soy, they have stopped using it in infant formulas.
It is great that you can eat them and still loose weight.
Personally I will go for that Nut Roaster and do the garbanzos instead.
I do crave something crunchy and filling especially when I have something I have to concentrate on at the computer.
I just need to get back on the popcorn.

I did cook some frozen edamames when we first started LDL and they were tasty.
They are an estrogen mimicker so I just decided to avoid for now.

Posted 10/23/18 I don't eat any soybeans but I do occasionally use light soy sauce. My favourite salty snacks are pop corn- and lot's of it!- and small portions of roasted broad beans and roasted corn nuts. I have these snacks every day and have taken off 9 pounds my first month back on LDL. 29 pounds to goal!
