Let's Do Lunch Community

Hello Everyone! My name is Ayesha and I'm a newbie to the LDL program. I'm a 33 year old wife and mother of 2 from the state of NJ!! I've gotta say I'm loving the program so far. My husband and I have decided to do it together. We are halfway through our 2nd week. We did do a 1 week weigh in just to see if it was working (2 week weigh ins are hard for us...we are getting there though lol) and in the first week I lost 5.8 lbs and he lost 8 lbs So we are thrilled! We wanted to know if there is a Facebook group/page for let's do lunch as we use social media a lot.

Welcome, Ayesha- Welcome to the best plan ever offered for discarding your excess weight and regaining your health. It's not a get thin quick plan, but a lifestyle plan.
It is wonderful that your husband is on-board with you. Even your children can eat all the foods as their core diet. LDL really is the way all of us should be eating.
You're doing so well! Congratulations!!! . I look forward to hearing all about your successes!

I did create a FB page for Lets Do Lunch but it is not very interacive at all.
You have to dig for members comments.
So most members come back here to interact with each other.
Hoping to see you post here often.
