New Great Grand parents. Soooo Happy!

Today, November 12, 2014, Ray and I became Great Grand parents. It has been an exciting day. A beautiful 8lb 6oz baby boy, Zane stole our hearts. He is so beautiful. Lou Ann, Country Girl, is Grandma. He is our first and hope to have many more the next few years. I'm still on LDL eating principles. It is the best. It is still unreal how I can enjoy all the foods I love, and still not gain. It is a blessing. The recipes on the boards recharge me. Thanks, Friends. JF

I have been through that. My great granddaughter is 3 years old and the joy of the family. I look forward to trips to Iowa to see her. New life comes to us everyday. God is so faithful with new mercies every morning. Congratulations.

Guess What! We are getting twin great grands in the summer. We are so blessed. There were a lot of tears around our table on Thanksgiving Day. Tears of thankfulness. JF
