Hello!!
I have the book and have read it only once: Basically to START, eat whenever hungry no matter how many times of approved foods and let's say I want to make an omelette, can I put whatever veggies are approved in the omelette and have that with say a few beans on the side and some popcorn?
What I want to clarify is the foods that we eat for lunch (a protein) plus the veggies, can I also include with that , some popcorn for example?
The other day I made bean soup and I ate a bowl of popcorn with that. Or , if I make a salad with chicken or lean beef,...can I crush in some cornthins for example?
From the approved list, I can eat from there in whatever combo I want for lunch, is basically what I am asking. lol
