new book like Let's Do Lunch
has anyone seen the new book by Dr. Jennifer Nolan "The Dip Diet "? It is so similar to LdL which focusses on fruit,vegetables, beans,corn and peas. She lost 50 pounds eating lots of vegetables ,fruit and assorted dips.It is based on the Daniel Fast.
