Chicken Pot Pie?
Ok, this happened by accident. I had some leftover cauliflower mashed potatoes, and some of Roger's chicken that tastes like beef. I took them out of the frig and re-heated them mixed together in the microwave and it tasted like chicken pot pie. Next time I will add some peas and few carrots to finish it off. I will definitely make this as a dish unto itself.

Isn't it wonderful when you make discoveries like this? I love it when this happens.
I always tell John, "You can take two different things and it'll make a third thing." (We were talking about cooking.) He laughed like crazy at me the first time that came out of my mouth. Now he'll occasionally say it! And we'll both laugh!
