I have rediscovered this wonderful WOE and I just want to stick with it until I reach goal weight. I am doing well thus far, reading again the red book and trying new recipes. Yesterday I made a wonderful chili with all of the ''legal'' LDL ingredients. I made a huge batch and am having it again today. I moved from Alaska where I had lived for nearly 35 years to wonderful England. My husband and I have just celebrated our 3 year anniversary and I am loving life here. I did put on some weight when I arrived because of their wonderful desserts called ''puddings''. It wasn't just that because I kept cooking and eating the American recipes that I am so fond of. But I've discovered that I can still eat my favourite American foods on LDL, just tweaked to fit the programme. Anyway, I will be reading these forums and checking in periodically. Hope you all are doing well in reaching / maintaining your goal weights. LDL is the healthiest way to eat!
