Results of Week #1 on the "Let's Do Lunch" Diet
I've been on the LDL diet now for exactly 1 week, and I've lost 2.0 pounds. I started at 140.0 lbs and now weigh 138 lbs. This is the first time I've weighed in the 130s since October, 2003 (9 months ago!). I am focused on my goal of 105 pounds...by thinking "one pound at a time." I'm patient. I know the diet is going to work. It just takes TIME!
