Is there a listing somewhere of the recipes? Like an index or table of contents? I'd like to see this before I decide to ask for this for Christmas.

I WANT THESE CARDS!!!

but i cant, for the life of me, find where to order them. i know im a pain in the neck and really i have looked. i did go to the LDL homepage and see where the book is and all but cant see where you can just get the cards. i probably should just get the book and cards and give the book away (as I already have one.)
sorry to be so helpless.
