Re: The Sad Sad Story about Brown Rice
I am searching for the brand name of garbanzo beans recommended by Roger Troy in the book. My husband is at the store shopping for me. My book is at home on the kitchen counter. I am at the office. Can somebody look that up and tell me the brand name he suggests?
Thanks, Joan (vanbro1995)

hi joan.....tell him to look for any brand that doesn't have sugar in it....he has to read the ingredients, something let's do lunchers get REALLY good at...either way, when you rinse them off before using, you do quite a bit of damage control....
when you're able, dried beans are the best...less gas, less processing, less expensive...........later....niki
