After one week on the LDL diet, I'm wondering whether I can tolerate it. Eating so much fruit has caused stomach ache, Irritable Bowel Syndrome with bloating and constipation. Very uncomfortable! Further, a meal of fruit is too much sweetness for me. I normally eat about one piece of fruit a day, rarely eat desserts or sweets of any kind. A box of sugar lasts several years in my kitchen. So filling up on fruit becomes cloying to my taste. And frozen grapes taste like little Popsicles--intensely sweet.
I haven't quit, but I'm dubious about whether my system can handle a diet of so much fruit.
