will someone tell me...corn and peas...
so i can have these right out of the can or frozen...right?? or maybe only frozen because frozen isn't processed???

You can eat any bean, pea or vegetable right out of the can as long as its on the LDL list of acceptable foods and as long as it doesn't have any added sugars or fats. Ditto for the frozen vegetables.

i'm looking at the frozen corn and it does have sugars. how do you know if it's 'added'
do most veggies have some sugars? oh...do greenbeans count as a 'bean'

I'm new, too, but I think that you look in the ingredient list to find if it has added sugar. There are tons of ways this can be listed, as there are several names for sugar! I think some foods have natural sugars, but if it's added it should be listed in the ingredient list. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, though!
