Got my book

I got my book today.
I wanted to say thanks for the fast delivery. I ordered the book last wednesday.
That was fast to come up here to Canada.

It is so much better once you get the book!  I got mine on Friday and have already read it twice.  I have highlighted all the things I think I need to remember.

Wow..I'm still waiting...ordered on 5/18 on 5/22 sd  leaving Jacksonville. Fl and today 5/26 its in Maryland..go figure I'm in Va. passed right on by hopefully will be here tomorrow...can't wait!

I ordered mine last Monday. Yesterday was Memorial Day. My book came in the mail today.

Just got my book today,and already started to read it,I'm sure I will finish it in a day or two.Thanks for the highlighting idea,that will surely be helpful.I already have my meals planned out as I am off this week from work, so I will try to figure out menus,for starting probably next week.Still trying to figure out how this will work with my work schedule.

I got my book today too!  I think I need to get off of here and read it while the kids are in bed. I started LDL 2 days ago and it will be great to have the book in hand.  I'm going to wait 10 days to weigh in...kinda makes me nervous.

    Sadly, I got my book today too (Thanks Roger for the autograph!).

Why did I say sadly? Because now I don't have any excuse for eating bad foods!    I also seem to have lost my scale. DH and I have torn the house apart looking for it. I know we aren't suppose to weigh ourselves very often, but I at least want to have an accurate starting weight. I might have to break down and buy one.

It seems like that the book takes about 7 days for delivery?? Can't wait for mine.
