I used the "First" article & the message boards as the basis of my LDL beginnings.
After 3 weeks, I've cheated exactly once at a restaurant, eating a toasted whole wheat egg salad sandwich.
My chocoholic cravings have nearly disappeared.
I've never eaten so much fruit & popcorn, & bought Real Foods original popcorn thins at Whole Foods.
We've been taking advantage of all the luscious melons available.
I purchased the LDL book today from this site.
I really like the fact I'm not desperately searching for every piece of chocolate I can find anymore.
I make lots of bean & turkey crumble, chicken & salad, fish & corn on the cob, salmon burgers w/out the bun.
I'm swimming, riding a bike, & lifting barbells.
I definitely have more energy during my 12 hour shifts at the hospital.
