HEY my name is Shonda.....I'm needwifes girlfriend..he has been with me alot since we meet....i got me a book so i could help him stay on his diet...so when he is with me i can cook for him and help both of us lose weight.....He is such a awesome guy that i felt like this would be good for the both of us..i didn't want to hinder his weight lost since he is doing so good.....he cooked us soup and pinto beans and corn over the weekend....so i hope to cook for him this week.....he will be on more now that we are doing this together and it's another thing that we can share together....i hope to hear from you all and we will let you know how we are doing.......gone fishing with needwife

hi all me and shonda have a picture in the photo gallery. we wanted to use that picture as our main picture but we cant figure out how, anyone know how.
I'm so happy to have you aboard with us. This is a wonderful thing you are doing helping out Needwife by learning to cook this healthy way and lose weight at the same time. You can encourage each other and make it fun. God bless you both and hope you caught some fish.
Hi Shonda, it is always good to have a buddy when you are trying to lose weight. Two heads are better than one so doing this together will make it easier for both of you.
