THANKS EVERYONE FOR THE KIND WORDS, GLAD TO SHARE THESE RECIPES WITH EVERYONE.
TRY THE WINTER SQUASH AND WHITE BEAN STEW,,,,ITS AWESOME...THE CINNAMON AND CUMIN
MAKE IT ITS A LITTLE SWEET AND REALLY FILLING.....
I DID'T USE THE OIL IN THE RECIPE CAUSE I DID'NT SEE THE NEED IF NOT SAUTE ONIONS...IT WAS JUST AS GOOD WITHOUT

Prepared the Tuscan Garlicy Beans and it was out of this world...a real crowd pleaser, and these were not LDL people.  The only variation I made on the recipe was extra garlic, because I knew this was a garlic lover's group I was cooking for.  When I tasted the beans before serving, they were so good I wisely thought to set aside several servings for my lunch the next day, because I knew there'd be no leftovers, and I was right.
