*ducking for cover*  but i would not have those.  you can have skim milk but it will slow your weight loss...as RT and the food police say.  and i would def stay away from orange marmalade and chocolate syrup.  now i know chocolate is fat free but i'm sure loaded with sugars.  read your lables and ingredients girl  :D

Flowers, Lizzy's right about the skim milk. It is allowed occasionally but it does have sugar and the instant coffee has caffeine which I have found slows my weight loss. That's why I drink a lot of decaf green tea. But you definitely want to stay away from the frozen orange juice concentrate, orange marmalade and chocolate syrup which are full of sugar.

Thanks for the update, i was also looking at welch's concentrate fz juice 100% for smoothie's and i found orange marmalade sugar free. What about cho. extract for flavoring???  Welch's has no sugar, just sugar from the fruit. Is that ok??????

i found an oj in a bottle called Simply Orange.  yummy and not from concentrate....freshly squeezed and stuck in a bottle   i wanted to remind again...read read read ingredients on the label because in the beginning i made the mistake of thinking something was 'sugar free' because the front said that but infact it was loaded...sugar comes in LOTS of dif names

Hi Flowers,
The other morning I tried Lipton green tea with citrus ,from the bottle, in my fruit smoothie and it was great.  It didn't change the taste, it doesn't add anything that can slow your progress and because I drink  this tea alot I always have it on hand.
You might want to try it..........Jerri
