I had to chuckle when someone wanted to know what this "LDL" program was.  Okay, now it's my turn.  I didn't make a recipe for several days because I did not know where to get "evoo."  I finally figured out it was extra virgin olive oil!

Maybe there should be a post in the "Starting Out" section for all of us acronymically challenged individuals???

There is a new one I found on a different board I like a lot  NSV  which is Non-Scale Victory - meaning, while the scale dial may not have moved, something else occurred which proves weight-loss (ex. fitting into smaller clothes, off meds, seeing unseen body parts, etc.)

That I have been wondering...I kept thinking what is EVOO I have never seen it sold in my grocery store......LOL....now I know!!!

oh!!! I was wondering about that one also!!! That one had me stumped!!! lol

I think WOE should be changed to SWOE (smart way of eating) cause when I see WOE I immediately think "woe is me" which is negative and SWOE is positive.
