RACE ANNOUNCEMENT  I DID MAKE MY ONE POUND ON THE FIRST RACE BUT FAILED TO GET THE CHALLANGE POUND.  THAT IS OKAY.  A POUND FOREVER GONE. 

It has been a very busy week.  Painting, showing the house, the bathtub sprung a leak, so I guess now we have to replace that too.  I am hoping we have a buyer we will know on the 16th and they love the ponies and will take good care of them.  It would sure take some pressure off when we sell.

One pound is One pound.  as for the second challange it is 10 in 5 weeks.  You just have to make it up in the following weeks.    Everyone has a slow week.

Dad has been a villian this week.  He is so tired and frustrated.  I will be glad when the 16th comes and we will know if we have sold the house.  We are still doing the fixer uppers

Snoopy, three pounds? Wow!  Did you eat just fruit for breakfast and dinner?  You are soon to catch up with me!  I haven't been losing much, since my birthday -- 1 lb.  But, my body is doing something good.  I really could live with the weight I am at very easily.  It is trimmer than I remember ever being at this weight.  Clothes are fitting very nicely.  We are going on vacation next week and when we get back, I plan to eat just fruit for breakfast and dinner again and see what happens.  We're going to call it the Express Train!  Same destination, just a little faster train!

Crickadoodle,  It was a mix between fruit dinner and soup and some Meat.  I'm also tracking when the full moon is.  For two months in a row I have lost a big amount on the full moon.  Sometimes I just too busy that when I would have snacked I exercised.  This week will be a challenge.  I know work is going to have bubbly wine and cupcakes mid week.  I made Beanana Pumpkin muffins for this occasion.  They are in my fridge waiting.  Plus yesterday I had two glasses of sweet wine.  This will most likely show up on my scale on Tuesday or Wednesday.  I will need to be extra good this week.

Snoopy-Thanks for all the neat clothes.  All but 2 pants and 1 sweater fit.  I modeled for Dad everyone of them.  The black dress is so sexy.

Oh by the way.  Don't forget to eat the cupcakes and have the bubbly.  I am still ahead and I am going to get on doodlebugs express train.

RACE UPDATE FROM CLOWN LADY.  SHE REACHED HER GOAL FOR THE WEEK ON BOTH THE RACE AND THE CHALLANGE.  2 POUNDS FOR EVER GONE.  I WILL STILL BE IN THE LEAD FOR THIS WEEK.  SNOOPY JUST KEEP ON WITH TOKIES IT HELPS ME STAY AHEAD.
