RACE ANNOUNCER:  WOW LOOK AT CLOWN LADY GO.            SHE TURNED THE CORNER AND TOOK OFF RUNNING!!!  SNOOPY MUST BE SURROUNDED IN A FOG BECAUSE WE DON'T SEE HER YET!  IT WILL BE INTERESTING TO SEE IF THE FULL MOON HAS PLAYED A PART IN THIS WEEKS WEIGHT LOSS.  STAY TUNE FOR SNOOPY'S WEIGH IN ON TUESDAY.  WILL THE WEEKEND OF TRAVELING STALL HER OR HELP HER.  ONLY TIME WILL TELL.

CL - Chugga Chugga Woo Woo!  I put mentos in my diet coke and took off down the tracks.  Eat your watermelon while you can.  And maybe a pair of good sneakers to catch up.

Snoo[y  Trying to cheat with the mento's  you are suppost to eat them not gas them.  As for the sneakers Yah my doggs are really bad this am.  10 hours on the concret floor on day one just about killed me.  They are really achey this morning.  Another 12 hour day today.  I entered 22 items.

I think the next week will be a little hard for the both of us, being that we both lost a big amount.  I'm still ahead of my schedule.

Snoopy I agree.  I think I am getting muscle this week.  I have been on my feet (boy do my dog's hurt) way to much already this week at the fair.

Ice your puppies tonight, And or let some of those other ladies do some of the standing work.  Learn to share.  Delegate.  Tell them your daughter said so.   
Also did you get those inserts I told you about?  Take care and rest up.

It is hard to delagate when the crew went home except 4 of us.  One of the husbands took the orders and filled the drinks.  We had to have two out front to police the building.
I have rested them today some. but they still hurt even with inserts. Another 50 pounds off would make a big difference

Thanks for the support.  I agree that we have GAINED so many friends here at LDL while LOSING our addictions to food.
I told my husband that all I wanted for Christmas was my ONEDERLAND it will be a goal worth striving for.

Oh, Donna, I so hope you are in Onederland for Christmas.  On another post I just wrote that we could write a book called All Us in Onederland.    That would be a wonderful book to have this Christmas.  I've always lived in Onederland for my adult life, so I can only imagine the struggle it has been.  I get so excited when someone finally makes it to Onederland, though.  I know how excited I get just to get into a decade I haven't seen in a while.  Like my next will be the 140s -- it has been 3 years since I was there for only a little while and then back up again.  My driver's license says 130 lbs.  I have to get a new one next week and I won't be that low.  I think eventually I will be, though.  Maybe by Christmas.

RACE RESULTS ARE IN
CLOWN LADY MADE IT THRU THE FAIR, LEAVING BEHIND A POUND  AND PICKING UP A POUND OF RIBBONS.  IT IS GOOD THEY ARE NOT SOMETHING YOU CAN EAT.  TEMPTATIONS WERE GREAT THIS WEEK  BUT I SURVIVED. I am sitting here eating my cantalope I don't have to go to the fair until 3 p.m. and at 9 p.m. It is OVER  yah yah

Donna,  Good for you!  I have a fair to go to on Sunday and I hope I do as well as you!  Sounds like you are doing great in the race. When is the first weigh in or check in?  I can't remember but want to put the date on my calendar so I can make sure to CELEBRATE WITH YOU WHEN YOU TRASH ....ER...   AHHH... EMMM    I mean when you post your fabulous results. I can't wait!

Ms Lizzy, your ticker is just moving on down and you are not saying a word about it. Congratulations on your great success. YOU are really close to goal now. Has anything changed from when you first started LDL?  It looks like you are still losing steadily.  How are you planning to celebrate when you reach your goal?

Sneakers are not going to do it.  All my excerise last week is catching up  I am on the move and I plan to stay out front.  I don't like eating your dust.

Dad has told people about our new house so I guess I can too.  We took Barbara over to see it as you know she doesn't like being last to know things.  I know see is sad we are moving.
Told Jimmie and Olin last night.
