It is so great that we can hold hands as we travel on the journey together.  We are just picking up folks right and left and before long we will be adding new cars to the train.
twoland is just around the corner.  You know it is like being a Disneyland with all the lands to explore.

Congratulations, girls!!    Look at your ticker, Snoopy -- 20 lbs. !!    Doesn't it feel great?  I'm looking forward to having 30 lbs. in 3 more pounds!!  Wow, who'd have ever imagined it could be so easy??  Have a great week and hope you each lose 2 lbs.

I have a real problem today.  I just ate lunch a nice piece of steak and a hugh spinich salad in fact I could eat another salad it was so good.  I really want a bag of halloween oreo cookies that I saw at the store this morning.  I didn't buy them but boy did they look good.  It is the first time they looked good.  I know that they won't taste good.  Will I guess I could buy some and drop them on the ground so Snoopy could find out which way I went.  I know see would eat them along to the way and then they would be gone and so would the temptation.

Snoopy you did great this week.  Keep it up.  I am going to need clothes soon took 3 bags out of my closet today.  Way to big.  Alot were Aunt Barbara's

I don't have the Oreo craving.  Salt is my thing.  Don't buy those oreo's unless you want me to catch up with you.  If you eat one you will eat 21.  Have another one of those salads that was tasty. 

Twenty is great.  I look forward to the 30's.  I'm hoping to reach it by Halloween.  That will be 2 a week. 


I CHALLENGE YOU TO 2 LBS A WEEK/ OR 10 LBS FOR THE NEXT 5 WEEKS.  WINNER WILL GET A NEW TOP.

I want a pretty blue one for my cruise.

Just remember that the fastest way to lose on LDL is to eat just fruit for breakfast and dinner.  I was losing 3 lbs. a week by doing this.  Even my husband is eating this way and has lost 18 lbs. so far.  I'm so glad I had a 2 month head start on him.  I love losing with LDL.  I'm looking forward to 30 lbs. too.  That'll mean just 10 lbs. to go!   

The challenge is on.  The next 5 weigh in count.  If you loose 10 lbs or more the other person buys you a shirt.  Giddy up baby, I just put this into second gear.  Lets burn some rubber. 

Crickadoodle - thanks for the tips about the fruit.  With this pace you will be at your goal in 6 weeks or so.  Congrats!

I agree, it is more fun for me to be here with Dina as I am sure it is for your mom to have you here with her.  You guys have no idea what a precious gift it is to share experiences with our little girls! 
Dina came on board when I needed a little boost - after I reached onederland. I guess God planned it that way!
