Some of you may know I was following the LDL PURE WOE that Roger laid out. With the cooler weather coming in I am changing the fruit at dinner to soup and see what happens. My fruit choices are still limited and I am growing tired of watermelon (literally) day and night.
I am also going to start my own journal tomorrow. I could use the extra support to reach my next goal. Hope you will look for me there!
