coffee coolatta

Hi,
I'm new to this diet, going to start on Monday, and would like to know if I will be able to have my Dunkin Doughnuts coffee coolatta once a week. I am kinda hooked on them and only have them on the weekends. I am really looking forward to this diet and hope that it will be as good as what I have read about it.
