Hello Everyone,
I am so looking forward to your piccys from the convention in SA. Unfortunately for us across the 'pond' it is not so easy to join in....but the good thing is we feel involved and part of everything. What a fantastic site this is! So encouraging. Wish I could say I have been 100% good but ............... well what is good about LDL is that you pick yourself up and start all over again............ It is a way of life and about healthy eating. I'm about to share my Easter Day with family and I have a totally LDL friendly meal.....all taken from recipes from this site. Thank you to all. Have a wonderful Easter Day..........Blessings to you and yours.
