just had to say that i absolutely agree with you RB and crickadoodle,,,if i had the idea that this was just  (another) DIET !!!,,,i would fail miserably,,,,BUT,,,,,PRAISE THE  LORD !!!! it is my NEW woe,,, and i will never turn back,,,because the Lord answered my prayer when i read the article in the magazine that  Rogertroy had shared publickly !!!!  Again,,,Thank you sir ,,,and the Glory be to God !!!!!,,,,,,, bingo
