Purpose of switching lunch and dinner
Can anyone explain the purpose of switching lunch and dinner? In the "red book" meal guide, it looks like lunch and dinner are switched about every 3 days.

I took that meal guide as an example.
I think it is trying to demonstrate that if there is a time you need to switch your main meal, it is doable.
