Roger, so glad to read your positive message.  My hubby and I just returned today from Florida.  Five ladies who enjoy LDL got together for "jam" and food.  It was so much fun to meet those who have encouraged  me through their messages on the boards.  I celebrated my birthday for two weeks by enjoying sunny days and delicious food; however, I came back to Ohio the same size.  It still amazes me, so again, Roger, THANKS for LDL.  Love and prayers,    JF
