Let's Do Lunch GROUND-CHICKEN SAUSAGE
8 oz ground chicken breast (skinless)
1/2 cup drained & mashed pinto beans
1 egg (use Egg Beaters)
2 tsp Morton's Sausage and Meatloaf Seasoning Mix (if your local grocery store doesn't have this, you can order it...630-595-8919)
Beat egg with fork. Mix in chicken, beans & seasoning. Let set to thicken. Make into patties and fry on grill or pan sprayed with olive oil...makes 4 patties.
