What is the most weight you have ever lost in 1 week on Let's Do Lunch? What is the most weight you have ever heard of anyone losing in 1 week on LDL?

  in the beginning when people first go on let's do lunch, they can lose a LOT of weight which is mostly water weight....i was a sluggish loser but lost 10 pounds in the first 5 weeks........YOU, roger, shouldn't be asking this question since you tell everyone not to weigh themselves more often than once a month....NOW, you're going to have everyone running to their scales to give you an answer..........haha...............niki

But to sincerely answer Roger's question...I lost 9 pounds on my very first week on LDL, but I know that the first week is not a weight loss that can be expected to be a typical weight loss every week!

Does that make sense??

I lost 34 pounds the first partial month...maybe 3 weeks?  Eating pizza soup 'til it came out of my ears....

Most Weight Lost in One Week:
Since I started the "Lets Do Lunch" program in January. I've lost +10 lbs. I can only say +10 since the scale only went up to 350 lbs. Ruffley the scale zero out at about 6 more lbs. Plus or take a pound.  Just a guess.

Feb/09 the scale was at 346 lbs. Boy I was pleased to watch the numbers come down.

March/09 the scale was at 338 lbs. I feel great. Drum roll please a grand total of 18lbs.
I can't wait to see April's numbers. Thank you all.
