Well, thank you - what a wonderful surprise.  I just picked up the message as I am just home from my 3 months in Spain.  That's me 65!  Wish I could say I have been good re LDL but unfortunately not.  But you have given me back my spark.............Tomorrow I begin again to eat healthy.

I am home enjoying Christmas preparations and will check in daily to the board.  I will also try to post a piccy.
