Wow.............................thanks for all the birthday wishes!!  What a joyful surprise.    I've been gone for a couple of days and did not have access to a computer.  Actually it was very nice to be unplugged for a couple days.

I continue to maintain my ldl woe and I feel great.  The menus and preparation get easier and more automatic every day.  I can see why this would be an easy lifestyle change to maintain.  I do continue to exercise and am looking forward to summer here in northeast Ohio.  I'd much rather be active in a swimming pool or on an outdoor bike path.  Spring has definitely arrived and all my daffodils are in full bloom.

Thanks again to all of you for your good wishes and your support.  You keep me hanging in there!
