Wow!!! Thank you for the birthday wishes. I didn't even know this section was on the board until Louise told me on BB.

I have been celebrating a bit too much but it is a big birthday, 65. My kids took me out and then a large group of coworkers and then hubby made a special meal. So I am up two pounds and will need to get it off right away.
I was supposed to retire at the end of June when school closed but a dear friend and coworker was just diagnosed with breat cancer and I told her I would stay put untio she can come back which will likely not be for a year.
but all is OK with that as the pay is good and my health is good.
I have been following everyone's progress and am impressed.
Cameron, things are hot is Edmonton! doesn't happen for many days in the year so I won't complain. I am trying to get out to walk in the National Park each morning before it gets to 30+.
I hope everyone has a healthy and happy rest of 2012.
