Thanks Linda. I celebrated my BD in Pacific Grove. I turned 74. It doesn't seem possible. I had ate for the holidays in Iowa and Calif. I have eaten in and eaten out. My SIL brought some venison home and canned most of it over the weekend. Tomorrow I will make some soup and of course a smoothie for brkf. I will go to senior aerobics in the am followed by chair yoga. My daughter teaches a the YMCA. Anyway I am cutting back!! Life is a challenge.
