That's a great theme! I love the recipes I can do ahead anytime let alone for the holdiay season. I'm sure this will catch the people's attention.
There's actually many LDL recipes that seem to fit this category. For me, many of them taste even better the following day.
I doubled B.B.'s Chicken & Marmalade thinking I would freeze half of it.
Lol, dh & I enjoyed it enough to eat it 4 times that week! It never made it to the freezer and it was great to cook once and get 4 meals.
