The Key to Let's Do Lunch is to "Add a Little Something Fattening" to something nonfattening, to make it Taste Great! Read the New Red Book to find out how this is done!

Author believes we are put on this earth to have a chance to love The Lord. Other than that, we are here to help God bless as many other people as possible.

The following was just posted by Joyful Friend on a different thread, and I wanted to post it here for all you newbies to read:

Today is Country Girl's Anniversary. She and DH have an Alaskan trip and cruise on the horizon.  She stopped to visit with us a while today.  She had just come from her doctor's appointment.  She is still off all her medicines--Blood Pressure and Cholesterol!  Praises to God for LDL.    She looks terrific.  She has been faithful to it for 2 years, and I have too.  I have stayed the same size now for 15 months.  To all you newbies, it works.  We have no cravings, and enjoy an abundant amount of foods.  Again, Roger, thanks for the First Magazine article and the red LDL book.  I plan to go Friday to talk to a senior citizen group on the way I lost my weight, and how I've maintained without deprivation.  God has blessed us both by better health.  *love*  *hug* :)  JF

God bless and enjoy,

Roger Troy, author of Let's do Lunch (amazing reviews at amazon.com, made The 700 Club's "Top Highlights of the Last 50 Years!", called an "International Sensation", a "Smash Hit" and the "Most Buzzed-about Weight-loss Book of the Year!" by FIRST Magazine (for women)
