Hi Folks,
    About 5 years ago I was in hospital for 5 days with a heart problem. Then a while after I started to eat ldl. Now 2 weeks ago I was in clinic for a stress test which I haven't had since hospital stay. Well I got a letter from my heart doctor telling me congratulations for a perfect test. Everything is great The results of this test should be between 6o and 65  mine came back 64. He said keep up the good work. And so I will. I will continue to eat the LDL way. and enjoy myself.

I just had my 6 month check up. My doctor gave me an A+ for effort. He said that my results were really good. He said for me to take a half a pill of Vitamin D3 daily instead of the one pill daily that I had been taking. I return to see him in a year instead of 6 months. He said to keep doing what I'm currently doing. Great news!
