Hi all,
Just got home from a visit with the heart doctor and I don't need to go back. He checked all tests and He says I am healed. My one cholesterol is 44 and the other is 164 . He says, what are you doing? I said I eat, and before i could say beans he said, I know i remember, Beans. He said good, go home and keep up the good work. He said my gp could monitor me from now on, or if I want to I can visit in a year. I said I would be back cause I needed to check up on him. He said ok. See you next year. Judie

That is wonderful!! Doesn't it feel great when we stay on the course...what a pay off!! Imagine that...beans?
