Linda's success story
I began this diet (new way of eating) last December. My weight was 220 and my triglycerides were 448. I was on 5 medications, 1 cholesterol med, 3 Blood pressure meds and a diuretic. Last week I went back to my doctor and I had lost 55 lbs and he took me off all but two of the meds. My triglycerides are now 88 and my cholesterol (unmeasurable before) is now 109. I have 15 lbs to go before my goal weight. I have no doubt that I will reach my goal. However, I intend to keep eating this way the rest of my life. Which hopefully, will now be longer. Thank you very much for giving me the tools to save my life. Sorry about my spelling!

Linda
What an inspiration you are to us that are just starting out. It seems when I look at the long goal it is impossible but when I read testimonies like yours it gives me hope that it is achievable. Congratulations!!!!

Linda, has your body continued to shed pounds below what you set as your goal weight?
