Fasting blood tests resaults

Hi everyone,
I went had my fasting blood test again got the resaults thought you would love to know what they said.
last yr's #'s                      this yrs #'s                    normal
T C  248                          177                                less then 180
FBS  209                          107                                  lles then 100
LDL  did not do                  107                                  less then 100 for diabetes and less then 130 for not 
HDL  46                            did not record                    more then 40
try  440                            99                                  less then 150

when talking to the nurse she said that the highs are not high enough to even worry about . 

THIS LIFE STLYE CHANGE WORKS!!!!!  DO NOT LET EVEN YOUR DOCTOR TELL IT DOES NOT AND THAT IT IS JUST A FAD, IT IS NOT.

You really should tell your doc about how you were able to accomplish it.

I work in the healthcare business and I see a lot of patients that are having to resort to medications because their physicians aren't the smartest on the planet. In fact, some of my coworkers and I have a saying...docs are nothing but educated idiots. It's true for most of them. Then you have others that are more in tuned with the body like the ones I work with everyday. One of them told me that LDL was the way for me to go when I showed him the article that I saw in First Magazine.

Tell your doc about how you were able to accomplish your results and offer him/her the LDL program website. Or, better yet, give him/her the book to read.

You have no idea of the amount of patients that you will be saving from all the drugs they have been perscribing as a quick fix.
