Re: Cauliflower & Broccoli Cheese Soup
This is an excellent recipe. Had a lot of cauliflower and broccoli left from Sunday's meal, so made this soup today. It is delicious. I can't wait until my hubby has some. I blended the beans, and half the cauliflower and broccoli. You would think it had half and half. The little chunks of veggies make it beautiful. Thanks again for a good recipe. Our home is airconditioned, so the soup didn't warm me that much---it is hot here right now. Joyful Friend

Cauliflower & Broccoli Cheese Soup with Northern Beans
Little Mary,
I made your Cauliflower & Broccoli Cheese (More broccoli than cauliflower) Soup tonight and blended part of the soup at the end, then added a can of northern beans, rinsed & drained.
It was fabulous!
I had my friend, who is the best cook I've ever met, taste it and she wanted the recipe right now......she loved it!
This is such a great and filling recipe!
Thanks so much!
