Butter Bean Potato cakes Mashed potato recipe ??

Hello!
I'm looking for the Butter bean Potato Cakes Mashed Potato recipe. Roger mentions it as a substitute for French fries. I can't seem to find it by searching. Can anyone help find it? thanks!!

Bill's Mashed Potatoes
4 cans butter beans, cooked & drained
2 tablespoons Shedd's Willow Run Soy Margarine*
2 tablespoons (or more) fat-free chicken broth
Dash of garlic powder
Dash of ground pepper
*Or I Can't Believe It's Not Butter LIGHT or Healthy Balance LIGHT or Smart Balance Light
