Soup

My husband made a great soup for us for supper tonight.  We have a vita Mixer and he put in tomatoes, celery, onion, garlic, broccoli, carrots and cauliflower, pureed the vegies, thn added beef boulliion.  He then cooked up some gr. turkey and gr sirloin and added that to the soup base-Yum.  Because the vegies are pureed, the soup is thick, like a pea soup.  Because I work nights this was my Lunch and his supper.  Really tasty.
