this is a great soup, but i'm not totally sure it's good for LDL...can someone let me know?? i will delete this post if it's not...thnx!!!
1 can black beans
1 jar salsa
1 can chicken broth (low sodium)
1 can chicken
1 can corn (not drained)
1 can refried beans
mix together in pan; heat to warm through
can someone tell me if this is an ok recipe for LDL???

Of course, you need to make sure the salsa and chicken broth have no sugar in them. Also, the chicken should be the white meat.
